If you wish to enter a team (minimum 6 walkers) into the Wellington event you have the option of completing a manual registration form and posting the form with your cheque to:

The cost for team members over 12 years is $4 per person
How to set up a Team Fundraising Page
To set up a Team Fundraising Page for your team, click on "Become a Heart Walker" or click here, select your event, enter your email address and then follow the steps to set up an account. make sure you use your 'team name' in the name field and use the 'team' option in the entry type field.
